We’re the first major check on the cap table, often leading seed rounds with an initial investment of about $3-5M. We keep terms simple and transparent, because a clean term sheet makes a strong partnership.
We look for team, TAM, and tailwinds, but conviction in founder–market fit comes above all else. We back founders who bring sharp insight into their markets and the drive to build what others can’t yet see.
